Welcome to the Welgan Center for Behavioral Medicine.

You are invited to tour one of the most unique treatment centers in the United States.  The Welgan Center for Behavioral Medicine is a scientifically based treatment Center offering treatment options that are founded on results from the most important advances in the scientific fields of Experimental Psychology, and Psychophysiology. The clinical applications of this research are represented in the treatment programs offered at the Welgan Center.  These important advances may be seen in the clinical fields of Behavior Therapy and Behavior Modification.  These theories and treatments have revolutionized the way we treat patients with a wide variety of medical and psychological disorders. The scientific developments from psychology laboratories are incorporated in the unique clinical field of Behavioral Medicine; the interface between Psychology and Medicine.

The treatment options at the Center provide an alternative to medical patients with chronic and recurrent disorders that are resistant to conventional medical intervention.  In addition, the Center offers behaviorally based treatment to patients suffering from a wide range of psychological and behavioral disorders.
